President Obama and the 111 US Congress
Dr. James Thurber recently visited Iceland where he spoke about the challenges facing President Obama. Dr. Thurber held three public lectures. He lectured at the University of Iceland where he spoke about the 2008 election and the challenges facing the Congress and the President. He also lectured at the Keilir Atlantic Center for Excellence, as well as, a lunch meeting with the Icelandic-american Business Forum. During his visit to Iceland Dr. thurber also met witha number of former Ministers and 3 youth wing parties.
