The U.S. Embassy recently arranged a visit by NASA scientists to the Heiðarskóli grammar school in Reykjanesbær. Over 100 students learned about NASA's mission in Iceland and the ER-2 aircraft. To view photos of the visit click the image above.

NASA's ER-2 research plane recently arrived in Iceland. The ER-2 plane will fly high-altitude missions over Greenland in April to assist climate change research by developing better methods to measure the melting of the ice in Polar regions.
